I am talking about one the most popular activity in Olot, It is Carnival.
We celebrate Carnival some weekend on February
First, in the afternoon, the different associations dress up and they to walk the streets in Olot.
Later, in the night, people with her friends dress up different type of clothes, for example: witch, super hero, celebrities…
Carnival is the very good party because the people go out to the street because they make jokes and it is very good to lose the embarrassment
Do you celebrate Carnival in your city? The next year you can come here and stay on my house during Carnival.

Romeo and Juliet
The Family Montesco and the family Capuleto are fought. Romeo is son of the Montescos. Juliet daughter of the Capuleto. Romeo goes to a party of the Capuleto. In the party he knows Juliet, they fall in love and marry privately. Mercutio, a friend of Romeo, has one fights with Tybalt because he is angry with Romeo to be present at the party. Tybalt kills Mercutio and Romeo kills Tybalt. The count of Verona exiles Romeo. The parents of Juliet, want that sh) was marrying Paris. Juliet, the night previous to the wedding drinks a potion that will keep her like died for 42 hours. Romeo believes that Juliet is dead. Romeo goes to Juliet's tomb and decides to drink a poison and dead . Juliet wakes up, see what has happened and commits suicide with a dagger. Finally, the Friar Laurence tells the truth and both families return to be friends.
El Canto del Loco
PRESENTATION:
We‘ve chosen “El Canto del Loco” because it’s a famous pop rock group in Spain and all of us like their music. Their songs usually talk about love and the society: The group consists of four musicians. The singer’s name is Dani Martín who decided to create the group, he was born in Madrid in 1977. He has participated in some films like “Yo soy la Juani”. The guitarist name’s David Otero. He was born in Madrid too and is Dani’s cousin. Chema Ruiz is the bass player. He was born in Santander. And Carlos Gamón who is the drummer.
EXPERIENCES
They have recorded some albums. Their first album was in 2000 called “El canto del loco” and the most important single was “Eres un canalla”.
In 2002 they recorded her second album called “A contracorriente” and the best single was called “A contracorriente”. The third album is “Estados de Ánimo” and it was recorded in 2003. The best single was “La madre de Jóse” . In 2005 they recorded her fourth album called “Zapatillas” and the best single was “Zapatillas”. In 2008 they recorded her fifth album whose name’s “Personas”. This CD is one of the most important and it had a lot of success and they did a limited edition called “ De personas a personas”. They also did a lot of videoclips, and one of this won a price.
During this years they did a lot of tours around Spain to illustrate their new songs to all of her fans. They sang in a lot of cities in Spain like Barcelona, Madrid...
PERSONAL OPINION
We decided to explain this group because we like their music and also because is an Spanish group. Doing this homework we learn a lot of things about the band. For example we didn’t know Dani Martin participed in some films. Their songs received a lot of prizes and some of her singles was a really heat in Spain during a lot of time. They have collection of some old songs, like “Devuelme a mi chica” by Hombres G, “La Chica de ayer” by Nacha Pop

What do you think is the most thrilling sport?
If you ask me, the most thrilling sport is canoening because the current of the river or the sea are very dangerous
What us the most dangerous sport? Why?
I think that the most dangerous sport is climbing because you do not fight well and fall down you can hurt yourself very much
Which is more exciting, surfing or skiing?
In my opinion, surfing is more exciting because it depends on the waves and the tide of the sea.
Are movies too violent these days?
I don’t think that the movies are too violent these days, but I think that the movies are different that them of before.
Should scientists clone humans?
I feel that the scientists don’t have to clone humans because the humans are unique
How do you like pizza?
It seems to me that I like pizza with tomato, cheese, ham, olives, mushrooms…
My town
Olot is a one city in Catalonia, there are more than 28.000 inhabitants. Is capital of “La Garrotxa”.
Olot is a small city, but very clean and preserved well. There are many forests, parks and fields.
There aren’t many services, but the necessary for the inhabitants
New York is a big city, there are many museums, cinemas, theatres, restaurants, shops… There are many services: three airports, bus routes, taxis and subway lines.
Olot is the most important city in the “La Garrotxa”, but New York City is the most important city in the United States of America.
In New York 9.500.000 inhabitants live, in New York City there are more inhabitants than Olot

Finally, the feminist prices with one magic lipstick did what a yuppie prince love her. They married, they had children and they lived happily ever after.”
